getting repair message after creating pptx using nprinting

I receive this message any time i want to open PPTX presentation that was created using nprinting.

when i create a PDF report, it opens without any problem.

need a solution to avoid the problem in:

Powerpoint 2013,

Nprinting 16,

Qlikview 12

or instruction what program to downgrade...

Hi,

Are you using  different templates, mean that  ppt templates and  word, excel, etc templates !!!

did you check you template version and the word ppt version are same? and is your template is not corrupted ?
