¿how can i add users dinamically to nprinting when that users are not in the Ldap defined on qlikview?

Hi to all, I'm newer and  I'm triying to add dinamically users on nprinting that not exists on LDAP, and i have an error Can resolve the user sid because his domain account is invalid.

How can i add this users without domain to Nprinting user list?? it's posible?

Hi Constanza, is this for NPrinting 17?

if the user is not in ldap the domain account should not be filled, what identifies an user is the email address.

To import users there is a sample excel, that can be used in an import task that can scheduled to have user updated as hey are in Excel:
