you just posted picture of error without describing anything
if file cannot be opened it could be due to unsupported version which no longer works with OS or latest MsOffice.

I understand that I need to upgrade to version 16.3 or higher first, but I can't download an earlier version right now.

Hi,

Support for QlikView NPrinting 16.* ended in March 2020. Latest available version was 16.9. To have a setup please open a support ticket.

An .nsq file (QlikView NPrinting project file) is an xml file. There could be many reasons why it cannot be open: id could be deleted, renamed, damaged internally, etc. We can't understand which is the issue from you super sintetic post.

To export QlikView NPrinting 16 projects for migration you must be to open them correctly.
