watermark sample preview in word document

I created a cycling word report with nprinting.

At first I got the right output, but after changing one sheet by another (id sh07) every report has a watermark containing "SH07 - SAMPLE PREVIEW"

We have a single license for Nprinting

How do i get rid of this watermark ?

I get watermarks in my documents when I am using preview.   Try creating a task to run your report and I am betting your watermarks will go away.

On another note, if you change an object in Qlikview, such as adding a column or header information, you should refresh your object list.  I often will delete the old object off of my template and add the new version, just so I can make sure size and alignment are correct.

Let us know if that fixed it.

I regret I did not bet.

I ran a report task, and allready refreshed the object list to be sure that is not the reason

I don't think there is a setting in Nprinting related to water marks.  You did mention that your issue started when you changed sheets.  Did you clone another template that already had objects embedded in it?

Have you tried removing the most recently added object from your project.  Save the project and then re-adding it and save again.

I don't typically use MS Word templates as I am not happy with the way Word moves the output around at its will.  Powerpoint is my preferred output.

I don't know how complex your report is, perhaps you could rebuild it pretty quickly or at least rebuild the first page or two to see if the problem goes away or if is systemic to your Nprinting setup.

Hey curiousfellow,

Were you able to get this resolved?  I am currently building a new report in a power point template.  All of my charts have a red watermark across them when I am viewing them in my template.  However, when I go to preview or print the watermarks do not appear.

I created a new report and that one has no watermarks.

We started using Nprinting since a few days and I'm trying to discover what is most usefull for us.

For now in our situation Excel gives the best and fastest result. Ms Word doesn't make me happy to.

We want to distribute our reports in pdf, but so far Pixelperfect did not give good results.

I have sheets with a lot of txt-objects in it so I want to use the sheet-object in Nprinting

Thanks for your answers so far.
