Attunity Replicate for IBMi

Few Attunity Products are moving out of support it seems. Refer Retirement of legacy Attunity products on January ... - Qlik Community - 1732910

I don't see #Attunity Replicate part of the list so assume it will remain supported. Please can this be confirmed positively.

Thanks,

Saurabh

Hi @Saurabh1 ,

It is not clear which version of Replicate you are using. Since it involves AIS, I am assuming that it is an old version. The latest version of Replicate does not need  AIS solution to capture the data from DB2 i-series. Please use the below page for more details.  Since it involves upgrade from an old version, it is better to open a support ticket and proceed.

Thanks,

Hi @Saurabh1

Is your question about a particular endpoint or just Replicate?

DB2 i-series is supported on the May 2021 Release (latest).

Use the below link for Support Matrix

Official end of support was announced for specific versions of Replicate. Pls refer to this page. But I have not heard about any plans where Replicate itself will be retired.

Hi @jjames

Thank you for your response. We are on DB2 i-series V7R3 now and the same Qlik Replicate continues to work that was first installed on V7R1 (Attunity AIS 5.3.4).

Is there an upgrade path from AIS 5.3.4 to latest version that is supported?

Thanks,

Saurabh
