Currently we are having an issue regarding connection to the source, we doing export import and create task manually but get same error.

The first time doing export import and test connection is succesfully then the second task failed with issue access denied to source. Then try test connection on first task get error too.

Hi @indrasaptaalldata ,

According your message "access denied to source", it seems a database account issue. After import, please enter your password again. If problem still persists, please try other client tool or command to test the database account.

Regards,
Desmond

Hello @indrasaptaalldata

To add more to previous Tse comment. whenever you import and export a task it will not have the password. you need to update the password manually for each and Evey task.

When you are not able to access the Source db. with Qlik Replicate the try to connect with the Source db. with any ODBC connection or client tool. if you are able to access the source db. the QR are also able to access the source db.
