I can't find the create case button under Support, Manage cases or Contact Support categories.
I have done that. But I can't find the "Create Case" button.
I used to create new cases under another user id, and something has changed that I don't see the "create case" button. I finally see that I have to use the Bot to create a new case. A new case is created.
