mongo db authentication

Hi community,
We are trying to setup end point connection for mongo db (on aws ec2 linux) as a source for Qlik Replicate. We have a ssl setup on the Mongo db instance. We already have .crt and .pem file that we are using as authentication in Qlik Sense, also tried to convert these files to .jks format but getting the error (please find in the attachment).

What is your Authentication type?

If you are using  x.509 then you can use the jks store.

Please upload the verbose logs to the case. A respective Support Engineer will work.
