Hello @SreehariPV

Kindly check repsrv log and repuictl log for more information why it is failing.

Suresh

Hello @SreehariPV ,

Please check if the service "Qlik Replicate UI Server" is running or not:

From the error message, the service is down. Please try to start it up again. If failed still, please check the server log files and UI server log files to understand further. The log files default location is "C:\Program Files\Attunity\Replicate\data\logs".

Hope this helps.

Regards,
John.

Hi @SreehariPV

In addition to John's reply, if the service fails to start and there is not enough detail in the repuictl.log, you can check the Windows Event Viewer for errors related to this. Could be the .NET version installed is not correct, or something along those lines.

Thanks,

Dana

The service was showing stopped before then I used the solution provided by Solution for "Qlik Replicate UI service fails to start after upgrade" . But still I'm getting that issue. I'll provide the screenshots below of what I've done.

After that service started running and I have checked logs its showing

@SreehariPV ,,,

try the below link to clean the certificate:

make sure to reboot the replicate server after the clean.
