Kafka target :- Customizing subject name in Kafka under Message Publishing options

In our use case we are using kafka as target and the format is avro. 

avro schemas are store in schema registry and schemas are will be published to the schema registry upfront outside of qlik. We have some naming standards for subject name which we would like to accommodate. 

Currently in Qlik we see these options, we do not see an option to customize this naming. 

Manage Endpoint connections --> kafka target --> Metadata Message Publishing --> Schema Registry Subject Properties --> Subject name strategy:

1. Schema and Table name
2. Topic name
3. Record name
4. Topic and Record name
