List of tables

Is there a simple way to get a list of the tables that are included in a Replicate task which can be dropped into an Excel sheet or Notepad?

Hello @aadbzts ,

Yes, you may save the tables list to a .tsv file, it's useful especially while using Selected Patterns. The steps:

1. In Designer perspective

2. go to "Full Table List"

3. Press "Export to TSV".

All the tables' names and load order stores in the .tsv file. A sample

Hope this helps.

John.

@john_wang has a good answer for interactive needs. Hopefully that satisfies your needs.

If you first types in your subject line to the community search "this forum", you would have found:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Replicate/Create-List-of-Tables-assigned-to-Tasks/td-p/2067317

There I provide some suggestions for scripting a solution if that's needed.

For further help, please clarify further what is needed - for example requested table list before wildcard match (easy from export task), expanded table list, runtime table list, ...

hth,

Hein
