As the subject stated, after upgrading Qlik Replicate from version 2022.11.0.394 to 2023.5.0.322, nobody on our team can reach endpoint connections anymore. Does anyone have a clue what happened?

Yes. You missed my reply which explains import uses merge semantics. New items added, existing items replaced, old items stay.
That's why I early on suggested you may have to go in with a sqlite tool for object removal.
You might also be able to go back to an old version and delete with the gui. Ideally you could indicate/cheat for the repository upgrade NOT to happen, delete, and allow the repository upgrade after that.
