May 2025 Release Upgrade Warning

This message appears 2x in the Windows application event log during the upgrade from the November 2025 release.  Is this a concern?  Asking because I see this item was resolved in a prior release back in 2021.

Not sure - just to confirm, are you running the installer "as administrator"?

Would you please share:

1- what's the Windows OS type and version (eg Windows 2019 Server)

2- "upgrade from the November 2025 release", Nov 2025 is not available yet. what's the exact version please?
