[POC] BigQuery as target , and got a error message "The access token has expired and could not be refreshed Errors"

Hi Sir,

We in the POC stage, user used the db2 as400 as source and Big Query as target. we got they response they said they meet a error as below JPG (The access token has expired and could not be refreshed Errors).

So..that error mean they between the stop task and the resume task exceed 1 hour?
And tell user to click the "reload target" is the right way?

Thanks.

Hello @misterlim13 ,

Are you able to confirm how long of the access token? It seems not an access token issue. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue :

1.  How about if you upload the file manually (set internal parameter keepCSVFiles & keepErrorFiles to TRUE)

2. How about the connectivity if we config a 64-bit ODBC DSN and test the connection by using the DSN

3. Please open a support ticket with TARGET_LOAD/TARGET_APPLY set to Verbose, and upload the Diag Packages. BTW, please decrypt the task log files before upload.

Thanks,

John.

Hello @Aaron_Liu ,

Thanks for reaching out to Qlik Community!

Looks to me this is because the access token has expired (eg it expires in 24 hours). Please check the access token expiration data in the "Service account key", or ask help from the DBA.

Hope this helps.

John.

Hi John,

We are encountering the same issue and this error message pops up in just 1-2 mins after running the task. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Regards,
Chester

Hello John,

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, it is still failing after doing step 1. For step 2, the connection is good as we can choose the BigQuery dataset. I have uploaded the decrypted log file in the link below for step 3.

Hello @misterlim13 ,

Thanks for the update. The upload link is inaccessible. Please open support ticket if you want to upload Diag Packages. Community is public to every visitor, it's not allowed to upload Diag Packages.

BTW, are you meaning you can upload the CSV files manually but it failed in Qlik Replicate task?

thanks,

John.
