SAP cluster tables replication is getting failed

Hi All,

We are trying to replicate the SAP cluster tables like KONV and BSEG on SAP ECC system (backed DB as Oracle) to the Snowflake on AWS using Qlik Replicate.

We are using the SAP Application (DB) as a source endpoint.

The tables are added to the SAP Business group as per the qlik documentation.

When i am trying to run the job, we are getting the error as below.

2025-03-10T12:42:34 [SOURCE_UNLOAD ]E: The descriptor of the Backend SAP table 'SAPR3'.'KOCLU' not found [1021802] (sapdb_endpoint_metadata.c:971)
00002700: 2025-03-10T12:42:34 [SOURCE_UNLOAD ]E: Cannot refresh source table (2) metadata [1021802] (endpointshell.c:3806)
00001032: 2025-03-10T12:42:34 [TASK_MANAGER ]W: Table 'R4S - FINANCE TRANSACTION'.'KONV' (subtask 2 thread 0) is suspended. The descriptor of the Backend SAP table 'SAPR3'.'KOCLU' not found; Cannot refresh source table (2) metadata (replicationtask.c:3094)

Can someone suggest how to proceed.

Thanks,
Surya

Hi Surya,

Please open a salesforce case for your problem and attach to the case the task logs and task diagnostic package so that our support team could troubleshoot the problem and help you resolve it.

Thanks & regards,

Hello @VXS1031 ,

You may open support ticket in Qlik Support Case Portal, this is what Orit meant.

Regarding the error, in general it's caused by permissions. We have a history case got resolved after SAP DBA granted permissions on KOCLU/KONV.

Hope this helps.

John.
