User which starts QLik task

I have a basic question , 

I have a Bidirectional qlik replicate task and it is failing to read logs for CDC purposes, 
i wan to know the qlik_user which is tying to read the logs so that I can provide necessary privileges to that USER

In the source endpoint connection details, enter the username (or account name) used to capture changes from the database transaction logs.
