"Incorrect timestamp" in logs

Hi Support,

I am seeing these "incorrect timestamp" messages in the logs. Are they indicative of an issue or normal?

Hello @MoeyE ,

Thanks for reaching out to Qlik Community!

What's the source DB type? there is some problem of the change data metadata, eg one line the change data epoch timestamp is

1707787745870000

however the current timestamp is

1707787745720236

where seems the change data time is a 'future time'. please check the source DB OS time is set correctly or not.

Hope this helps.

John.

Hi Jon,

Source db is SQL Server. I'll check now. Would there be any issues with the replicate/source/target servers being in different timezones?

Mohammed

Hello @MoeyE ,

You are right. Please check the time difference between SQL Server server and Replicate Server machines.

Regards,

John.
