Jobs assigned to new distribution service in QV Cluster are in queued state; not running; Log is also not being saved.

new Server with QV distribution service has been added to our current QV Cluster. 

Updated the QMC Distribution Service - general tab

XML with Distribution group has been updated in QV MS related folder.

We already have 2 Distribution Services running; 3rd job is running state;

how ever when we have more than 20 jobs in queued state, tasks are not being picked by new service.

In the jobtask when we assign Distribution Group to the task, it stays in queue and times out.

I saw this in the documentation, could it be the reason why? 
Else, have you tried to stop one or two of the previous nodes to see if the work is done on the new one?

• A maximum of two nodes in a QlikView Publisher cluster can share the same shared storage. If more than two QlikView Publisher nodes are required, it is recommended to deploy the additional publisher nodes in an additional cluster. The QlikView Management Console can manage multiple publisher clusters.

3rd DS is the new one. running on version: 12.40.20400.0 with 55 CPUs

only Directory service conenctor and Dist service are running on this node

I didnt understand what 'Max Simultaneous Engines (for Dist/Admin)' mean. Couldnt find info on that. So I let them be 6 and 2

default were 10 and 20
