Qlik SaaS Reporting Service Error - Failed to Send: Could not generate

Hi everyone, 

Been trying to automate the process of sending out reports on Qlik Cloud's 'Reporting' service via email in the form of an Excel File but kept getting the error:

'Failed to Send: Could not generate' 

Not sure if anyone has encountered this issue and if there are any solutions to this.

1. Are you using filters?

2. Are you using section acces?

3. Does your app have 'always one selected value' setting turned on for any data field? (and if so do you have a single value filter for that field defined in the task or for a recipient of the task)

4. Does the same report work when you 'preview' the template from the Excel addin? 

5. If you are using filters, open the template in the excel plugin and login to the tenant. Then, in the browser, login to the tenant as the same user and open the app and apply the exact same selections that are in your filter(s). Attempt to preview (it will filter the preview) just to see if this also fails.
