Are you looking for an effective way to manage internal recipients of Tabular Reports in Qlik Cloud?
The Tabular Reports Internal Recipient Generator App will read the names and email addresses of users that are already using your Qlik Cloud tenant and publish recipient lists in QVD format in your tenant.
Because Qlik Tabular Reports uses the load script to source and import recipients and groups, like other data sets that you intend to re-use, it is recommended to use QVDs to manage recipient lists. Once generated, a recipient list stored in QVD format can be loaded into multiple applications and also avoids inevitable errors creating and maintaining email addresses in excel documents.
Since this application reads the names and emails from the internal tenant, this approach also ensures that the exact email addresses you use will be recognized by tabular reports as internal recipients which is vital if you need to use tabular reporting in conjunction with section access.
Because this application creates not only a list of recipients from the tenant, but also space and app specific recipient lists based on space memberships and app sharing, you gain the option of having your report task automatically distribute reports to the internal users who have access to a specific space or app.
Conveniently, additional markers such as groups are added to the QVDs to allow a report task -administrator to distribute to an internal-space-group, internal-app-group, or internal-tenant-group.

Since %Recipient, %Email,%Group are pre-tagged fields, the recipient list is auto-populated with convenient groups ready for use with tabular report tasks:
Use the 'Lineage' feature of Qlik Cloud to track where the recipients of an application are sourced:
