Why are Report sometimes executed twice or received twice?
We have reports set up to be sent daily.
But it gets executed twice randomly. The previous day it was only once.
This is not an isolated issue. We have several other daily reports that are also getting randomly executed twice.
One user reported receiving the report twice even though in the logs there is only 1 execution.
Any idea what is causing these issues?

We are experiencing the same issue with one of our clients. There is single trigger but two tasks get created.
looks like there is something in the environment you guys may need to look at
