Load Web File dynamically

Hi all

For load a web file in Qlik Sense is mandatory to define the connection with the specific link?

I need to load a web file that the source is made by variables like that:

[https://domain.com/$(vYear)/$(vMonth)/File.XLS]

Any suggestion?

I ahve tried changinf the settings in my settings.ini file in Qliksense server but cannot find any such setting in the file. I whave used below format in Qlikview but want to use this in Qliksense as well. Can you help me in this ?
