Load balancing multi-site

Hello, 

i don't know if you can help me with an issue.

i have a problem when implementing a multi-node site? 

i have 3 rim nodes, 1 central node and 1 rim node failover, a postgres in a dedicated server. 

i've created virtual proxies & proxies. and load balancing rules.

The problem i have is that when it is a newly created app, one of the rim nodes reload the app. But when it is an app already created, it is the central node that reloaad the app. 

i don't know if you can help me !

what i do usually in that type of site , 

i use the central node only to manage the site ,

so i don't use it in any of the virtual proxies in the load balancing , 

and only as master in the scheduler 

the central must have access to all apps in your site so if you leave him as an engine apps will be open on him
