The app on customer environment is corrupted. Can´t open or reload it.
Where can I find the original app to replace it ?

You can find the original Operations Monitor and License Monitor qvf files in the Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps.
If you see repeated app corruptions, please report this to Qlik Support. Thanks!

This problem is very odd because I didn´t touch the application since the server was installed. Have no ideia why it happens .
Other apps are running fine.
Yes, I've experienced sudden corrupt-app syndrome.
