QS 2.2.4 - Stange Error - can not log in from the outside.

Hi All,

I try to log on to HUB/QMC from the external network (all required ports are opened) and in proxy log I get the following error:

Command=Authenticate request;Result=-2147467259;ResultText=Error: The semaphore timeout period has expired

From local network everything OK.

Any ideas What this error could mean?
