Restoring a Qlik Sense site on a different place compared to original?

Hi,

Let's say you are currently on an on-premise environment using Qlik Sense Enterprise.

Now you want to migrate to a different location (e.g. Cloud or something different location wise). It is a totally fresh server with nothing on it.

When restoring a backed-up Qlik Sense site on a different place, what are the things you would need to change, if anything?

I am wondering whether restoring Qlik Sense on a different place using the restore guide would work, or there is some additional work required due to the backup storing maybe the old site information?

The principle is exactly the same from the Qlik Sense Enterprise application perspective. The added risks are a consequence of the inherent nature of a public cloud (aka not your data center). When moving on-prem assets to a public cloud server there may be dependencies which aren't present. Think data connection to RDBMSs which are on-prem, Windows Active Directory, shared drives.
