What happens to a licensed user if their record is marked as "Inactive" or "Removed externally"?
Can they still access the Qlik dashboard if any one of these says "Yes"?
The reason why I ask is because our users are loaded from an AD group and I want to understand what happens if it says "Yes" in Inactive or Removed externally columns in the Users page of the QMC.
If they are removed externally then their account will be in an inactive state (Once the User directory syncs), not granting usage of Qlik Sense application. You will have to remove the license and de-allocate it manually in this scenario.

They will see a pop up at the server letting them know that they must contact the administrator when visiting the hub.
As mentioned, you can either de-allocate that license (most likely throwing into the quarantine period) OR you can add the user back in through the user directory connector that inactivated them.
