500 -Internal server error QlikView AccessPoint

Hello,

Can someone help me how to fix this issue?

Hi @PadmaPriya @Chip_Matejowsky  @Vegar 

We found out that the config file was misplaced so moved it to the designated folder now everything works fine.

Can you provide a screen capture of  the full 500.19 error so that we can know the Detailed Error Information displayed below the error heading?
