AccesPoint se reinicia al iniciar sesión en automático

Tengo el siguiente problema con el AccesPoint :

Al iniciar sesión en el AccesPoint se reinicia la sesión a los 5 - 10 segundos como máximo,
esto le pasa a un usuario  en particular en su PC, si inicia sesión en otra PC no se reinicia la sesión y continua navegando con normalidad.

Se realizaron pruebas con diferentes navegadores como Chrome, Edge e Internet Explorer  y siguen con el mismo problema, adicional se reinstalo el Plugin de QlikView, se borraron archivos temporales de los navegadores.

Alguien le a pasado algo similar y que aya encontrado alguna solución.
