Hi All,
I have an USER CAL on Production Server and I am leasing the license on dev server. When I try to access the documents in access point on Dev server i get the following error message
"Access Denied! The server(QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator."
On Production server I am able to access the access point.

I've also seen this work, for a DAL at least; I haven't tried it with a CAL.

Should the CALs be removed manually and added again....?
Hello, I am facing the same issue I'm running QlikView 11.20.12742.0
I have named CALs for particualr people and I want the document CALs to be used by the rest.
I have tried both to allow the dymacially to assign the Document CALs and to add people manually and still it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

In Qlikview QMC,
Systems>Licenses>Qlikview OEM Server>Assigned CALs
Click on the 'Manage Users' Icon and add new username by using the 'Manual Input of Usernames' option.
Then click ok & apply.
