Hi,
We have just installed the QV Server, in the Access Point we can see the document but there is I an error when opening: "Failed to open document, You dont have access to this document."
Any suggestions?

This turned out to be an issue with their license. It has been taken care of and the system is working.

This is purely Licencing issue.
make sure allow dynamic cal is allocated.

Please make sure you are assigned Named CAL or Dynamic CAL .
and check if you are given access to Project folder where the QVW resides.

In the section access, in the Section "NTNAME" make sure your User is there. I believe that´s the problem.
