Access Point configuration

Need help with Access Point configuration on User side.

I changed view from Thumbnails to Details, and it doesn't show anything after that. Now, trying to change back to Thumbnails. View field shows "Thumbnails", but actual view doesn't change, and if I refresh (F5), it goes back to Details. In fact, I cannot change any configuration setting any more.

I suspect the settings are local, because if I login to another box as the same user, I see Tumbnails. Can't find.

Have you tried to clear cache? or maybe another browser?

Thanks Erich,

I did clear cache - temp files, cookies, history, and form data. Probably I missed something because it didn't help.

As for another browser - Firefox opens Access Point in Thumbnails. No much help - I can use only IE Plugin in this environment. But it confirms your point that it is something in browser.

In addition, tried Tools - Developer Tools - Clear Browser Cache. Didn't help.
Apparently there is something else.

What version of IE are you running. I have been getting a lot of errors even with the QV 10 plugin. Do you get the same results with an older browser? What version of the plugin has been installed?

It is IE 8.0.6001, QVS 9.0.7440.8, plugin 9.0.7436.8.
Works on another box. Used to work on mine before I tried that "Details" view... 😞
