Hi,
I'm wondering if Qlik accommodates buying extended support for versions of QlikView (and also NPrinting Qlik Sense btw).
Reason for asking is that a client is on version 12.10 and support will end on 30-nov-2019. This customer will not be able to upgrade in time.
Also asked the question via the proper channels, but I guess that will take some time and customer would like to know as soon as possible.

If you haven't already done so, reach out to Qlik Customer Support. If they cannot answer your question, they can get you in touch with the account manager, who ultimately can.
I had already done that... We got an answer: it is possible, but with limitations. If anyone ever has the same question, reach out to your partner/account manager. This really depends on the version for which you want support to be extended.
