Thanks for the response. So sounds like issue was a corrupted app or permissions in the original file location weren't set for the account you were using.
Best Regards
what do you mean with " launch the final application"
you mean reloading or opening.
In Qlikview this happens when the App is to big and it consumes all your RAM capacity
how big is your app in disk space ?
What is your server Ram capacity?
Best,
Hi @Rajiv-Dharia,
I'm moving this thread from the Qlik Sense > App Development forum to the QlikView > Administration forum so that it reaches it's intended audience.
RE: the error you are referring to, see Qlik Knowledgebase article CPU and Memory settings to prevent overload in QlikView Distribution Service (QDS) .
I don't believe, however, that this error is pertinent to the issue per the symptoms you described. Are you attempting to open a QVW from the AccessPoint or from QlikView Desktop? Or, are you referring to reloading a QVW with fresh data? Can you provide further details on your issue?
If the issue occurs when attempting to open a QVW from the AccessPoint, suggest that you review the QlikView Server Events log, checking the timestamp the issue occurred with the user ID that was used when issue occurred.
Best Regards
Hi Rajiv-Dharia,
I'm afraid the images you posted in your previous post didn't come through. Can you post them again along with with QVS Events log and provide the name of the QVW that won't load along with timestamp of when you attempted to open it? Thanks!
Best Regards
Hi @Rajiv-Dharia,
We're still unable to see the screen captures. Also, can you post the QVS Events log as I previously asked? Thanks!
Best Regards
Hi @Rajiv-Dharia,
There are still no screen captures attached to your response. When replying to posts, there is a camera icon across the top of the message box that you can click to upload image files.
What do you mean by "Quick Access"? Are you referring to the QlikView AccessPoint?
It seems you provided just a snippet from the Windows Event Viewer Application logs, not the actual QlikView Server Events log that was requested. The Windows Event Viewer logs can be beneficial in troubleshooting, but are secondary to the actual QlikView Server logs. If you're unsure where to locate the QlikView Server logs, see Qlik Knowledgebase article How To Collect QlikView Server Log Files, and refer to the below section:
Service: QVS (QlikView Server)
Default Location: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer
Customized locations: If you have changed the location from default, identify the correct path from the QlikView Management Console > System > Setup > QVS@node > Logging > Log Folder. Alternatively, review the settings.ini stored in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\settings.ini for the value configured in ServerLogFolder=
So please upload the screen captures and provide the QVS logs and provide the name of the QVW and the timestamp of when you attempted to open it. Thanks!
Best Regards
