Can not open file When running reload through QMC in Prod

Hi All,

We are facing strange issue in Prod we are not able to reload through QMC and Error we are getting is Can not open File . But when we running same script in Test environment it is running Fine,.

We are using same User  to reload the files in both the environment .

Any idea ? Please help me

Can you share the Task log and document log?

No , there is no section access in Qvw.

Can you provide the task log of the failed task as well as the document log of the QVW associated with the failed task?

Can be overload, disk issue or R/W access issue, if you dont have section access. Is it happening for only one application or for many ?. How many parallel triggers you have in your QDS.

Which version are you using. ?
