Can't add new users to Document CALs when pressing Apply

Hi,

I am trying to add new users to the Assigned Users section, (Documents< User Documents < Document CALs < Assigned Users), but when I press the apply button the user I just added disappeared.

I will be very grateful if someone can help me.

Before you can add a new user, the "Number of CALs allocated to this Document" must be greater than the number of "Assigned Users".

Hi @Natalie123, when adding new users you search on the upper text box (you can use '*' to return all users), once the users appears in the left panel you can add users passing them to the right panel using double-click or the middle buttons, and once accepted this dialog they should appear listed in the assigned user list, and pressing apply it confirms the changes.

Have you done all this steps and still the users disappear from this last list?

Yes I've tried all those steps and when I pressed on apply the User I added disappeared.
