Dear All,
If I am not mistaken the .qvw's (and other files) that are listed in the DocName field in the Governance Dashboard are the result of a scan of folders and log-files. In our case, there are hundreds of temporary development files listed that are not even existing anymore and we would like to delete these entries for good.
How can this be done?
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards
Daniel
Yes, you can remove the contents of those folders. (Just be sure to leave the folders!)
A daily record of files scanned is stored in one of the QVDs there so removing it will remove the old stuff.
Can I simply delete the content of
QVD_Historical and
QVX_LastRun?

It doesn't seem to be much of a difference...even after deleting the files in these folders I still see all the hundreds of old entries in Doc Name.
I guess the Doc Name is taking its content from some log file?
