When we are trying to refresh QV Dash Board (QVW ) file We are getting below attached screen shot message and In Event manager this message showing. We attached log file ,Please assist and advise the solution.

Was the app reloading successfully previously and suddenly stopped? Or, are attempting to reload this app for the first time?
What connectore are you using?
The screen capture you provided looks like you are attempting to reload data from QV Desktop? Is this accurate?
What exact log did you provide? What file path did obtain it from?
Please ensure that document logging is enabled in QV Desktop, attempt to reload, then provide the log - https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-To-Enable-QlikView-Document-Reload-Log/t....
Note that QV v12.0 reached end of life almost 6 years ago and is no longer supported. Suggest you install a supported version (12.9 or 12.8).
