Hi,

You can build a table in the QVW with the emails addresses in it and use that.

I don't know all of the differences, but I know that Qlikview Publisher is required to distribute reports beyond your server through automated tasks.  This can include providing access to the QVW through a portal and/or creating PDF reports to send via e-mail.

The e-mail addresses can be configured in a number of ways, including within your data or in the task configuration on the QV server.

Qlikview Publisher is used to distribute qvw to qlikview desktop and also provides security to the document.

Qlikview server contains the user document folder from where users can access the folder through Web portal Access Point.
