Hi,
We've a couple of report viewers who are getting access denied error messages even though they have had document CAL assigned to them. In addition, on one of our servers when selecting any user under User Management the document CAL are duplicated for each report.
Don't know if this is related but at about the same time the same server had a services restart by our IT dept (it could be just co-incidence)

try to investigate this:

and remove duplicated Document CAL. Take a look in Caldata.pgo file (after having generated it in xml format - see PGO to XML conversion to get the list of users in QVS).

Hi Robert,
can you check on Events log of QVS, and Under Microsoft event viewer can you find out under windows and application logs the time at which this error occurred and co relate the findings.
