One of the client is facing an issue where in 2 weeks ago they have manually assigned some Document CALS .
But these are getting deleted automatically and they again have to reassigned.
Can this assigned Document CAL really are getting deleted? Is it possible?
Can you please suggest/advice on this what amay be the cause and what can be done to get all the reassignment again?

It is possible verify trhough of file Performance_<server name>_<Year>_<Month>_<Day>.log, column VMAllocated(MB). The Path is: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer.
In my case, VMAllocated(MB) was with 20000(MB) for a server of 19000(MB) RAM capacity to the period with problem.
After recovering the licenses for each qvw, deselected the Allow dynamic fields (In Document Cals tab). As a result, the server memory capacity is reached, but not "lose" licenses.

Do you mean to say that there exist some existing Qlikview Bug in qlikview 11 SR(1-10) which has been resolved with patch in SR12?
If that is the case I will ask my clients to install SR12

That is correct. Also, you need to look at QlikView 11.20 Service Release 12 now available - Security Release another reason to upgrade.

I gather the server performance log but could not interpret if this is the cause of maximum memorycapacity.
Can you please provide me any reference document to interpret the perfocmance log or let me know from below

Not will have message. You go discernir through of know of memory capacity of server. For example:
Server
Memory RAM = 19000 MB or 19GB
Log
In an determinate date was with:
VMAllocated(MB) = 20000 MB is equivalent to 20GB.
See that allocated memory is greater than 19000 MB of the server. This was judgement that we did.

You can download SR12 from the Qlikview Download Site. As for the patch you will have to do through support for that.
