When I am trying to open document in accesspoint it is not showing chart and only loading.
Can you please suggest on this.

Internet Options (run > inetcpl.cpl). Browsing History > Delete. Try all of them, but be aware that you will lose all data that you have acquired through surfing (not bookmarks though).
Then Advanced tab, and "Reset".

Please try with another browser. It might be that the IE has an ad-block or some kind of extension.
