Duplicate instances of same QVW

I have changed the mounting point of a document and now i see 2 instances. I tried deleting all instances and the reload and dist task accosiated with it and the most current version is now gone but the old version that hasnt reloaded in day is still in AccessPoint and driving my users crazy, why wont it go away?

I have searched all mount folders and my main folder for this file and am sure it i deleted yet it still appears on my accesspoint.

What to do?

That should not be possible. Have you tried restarting the Server and Web Server services? If that does not fix it, then file definitely still exists in your root or one of the mounts...keep in mind that subfolders' content will be shown as well.

Did you ever find a solution to this?  I am running into the same problem with one of my qvw's.

Do you have multiple mounts accessing different levels of the same directory structure?

I have seen multiple instances of the same file occur when this happens.

Try expanding the plus sign in AccessPoint to get the Document path for both.

Good luck,

Do you have Document CALs by any chance?

Hi,

The folder for instances is present any folder or your system drive please check it once throughly thats why you see the duplicate instances. Try to search out in My Documents folder or some other directory inthe system if you delete it then you have only single instances.

Here is a screen shot of my access point where the 2 documents are showing up.  The first one is not located in my mounted folder.  It has not been updated in a couple of weeks.  This is the one i am trying to remove.  This document is not located in any of my other folders or drives.  The  2nd document is located in my mounted folder called "APDist".

I do not use document cals and i have already restarted my serives.
