Hi,
I am getting following error in QMC >> System >> Licenses >> Client Access Licenses (CALs) >> Assigned CALs
And when I'm trying to open document properties for to give Authorization and Assigned DOC CAL its showing processing symbol for several minutes and finally nothing get happen and not showing document properties. If anyone solve the same or having solution please assist me.

Hi Rajendra,
Please check if you are able to search for users successfully in the Users tab of the QMC? Check in the QMC that the Directories are properly configured or not.

In Users tab I'm able to search user and the Active Directory is configured properly.
and one more thing is that till morning every thing was working properly now only thisproblem occurred

I have tried this optionalso, but no success.
Some days ago the same problem occurred I have solve it by replacing the PGO files with Backup PGO files and its were resolved that time,
This time also I have done same but it's not working.
any body is having any idea... Why it's happening

It's a bug in QV 11.2 SR 3
The Borrow.CAL.PGO is corrupt.
Stop all qlikview services and take proper backup of the above file, delete Borrow.CAL.PGO files (Chances you will lost assigned Licence you have to assign all licences again)
Start all services should solve your problem.
Better solution would be upgrading to 11.2 SR7.

The upgrading is good idea but I don't think so my client will go for it.
Is there any alternative solution to solve this issue without lost the assigned licenses,
Means any patch to solve this bug.
