Help connection between qlikview server and nprinting

Hi everyone,

I have install on two different server a qlikview server (V 12.0.20000) and a nprinting with a engine (the connection works well) but when i try to connect document by adding a new connexion i got a error.

so if you have already this issues explain me how you are fix it.

and i know it's not a problem about the nrpinting because i have install to qlik sense on a other server and the connection of new application work well.
