What does it mean? The server display this dialog box and I'm not able to access document. I have 130 calls and only 40 active users.

Thank you for your help.

If you have 40 users on at one time, your usage cals will probably expire quickly.  I'm not sure where you can track them.

The 130 cals you mentioned... Are they Session, Named or Document cals?

Which version of QVS are you using... 9 or 10?

Version 9 uses Session Cals on a User/Machine/Document basis, where version 10 uses a User/Machine basis.

From the QEMC > Status > QVS Statistics > Performance tab, what are the numbers for DocSessions and Users?

The DocSessions is the number you should be concerned about.  Session Cals have a minimum timeout of 15 minutes, so users may be poping in and out of documents, causing the Cal usage to exceed you allocation.

Hi,

Did you try with "Allow dynamic CAL assignment" in QEMC?

Hi,

In my license I have 130 usage calls and 5 session call.

What is the difference between them?

I use QVS 10.

I have 2 docSessions open now and the system work well.

What limititations introduce the number of 5 session call licecens? and the 130 usage calls?

Thank you for your help.
