I've added a new file to a mounted folder, however it does not appear in QEMC under Documents | User Documents. How do I force QEMC to refresh its file list? I've tried every kind of browser refresh I can think of, up to using a different browser. I've restarted the QlikView service, management service, and web service. I've unmounted and re-mounted the folder (so now I need to recreate the reload schedule for two dozen files, sigh).
What am I missing?
Does the user id that is running the QlikView services have permission for the document file that you just added?
If not, it should just be a matter of granting read permission.

Yes, the new file was created with a save-as, and it has the same permissions as all the existing files.
If you copy one of the sample documents to the same folder, does it appear?
Mysteries never cease. I deleted and recreated the file, and it showed up with a simple browser refresh. Shrug, headshake, eyeroll, or headdesk as you like. Sorry to have wasted your time, bnichol; thank you for trying to help!
