How to Install and use https on QlikView Server ?

Hi

I'm trying to make a "common" installation of QlikView Extranet Server 11.2 SR6 on IIS 7.5 (Windows Server 2008 R2)

but I want to use https instead of http.

I'm looking for any documentation or information about this subject, that is to say : the complete list of actions to do to make it work

(list of ports to open, options to activate in the QMC, options to set in IIS).

Can someone helps me ?
