How to identify who trigger the QlikView Job over QMC

Hi All,

Greetings!!

Can you help me to identify who trigger the QlikView job over QMC?

I have gone through the below articles but no clue.

https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-App-Dev/How-to-know-who-started-a-task-in-QMC/td-p/35860#:~:t....

As per above article -

For historical executions:

  • Select the task you want to inspect, open the Task History tab, select the run from the list and click the link. The Task Log will be shown. On the first line, scroll to the right until you encounter tag 'Triggered by'.

I could see 'Trigger by'  as ManualStartTrigger in the History log. like below

(1/2/2023 4:49:19 PM) Information: DistributeTask[5d285d96-545c-4226-8415-bf34819f9449] ("Reload of MFS\Loading\MFS QVD Generator.qvw"): TryStart - Starting task. Triggered by 'ManualStartTrigger'. Id:00000001-0002-0003-0405-0607080c0b0d. ExecID:ca45db0d-47c2-48c6-6a03-435e58f8d8dc

I want to know who trigger this job manually over QMC.

And have checked the log file as well.

2023-01-02 08:49:21 Reload ID 0cf1a156a-9f84-4f87-b6f1-0b5069044a24c
2023-01-02 08:49:21 Reload Executed By AXAXl\AXAXLADMIN     =======> it is a Service account
2023-01-02 08:49:21 Process Executing QVB

And observed that, unable to find the person who aborted/kill the job over QMC.

Thanks in Advance!

Regards,

RickyK

Hi @Anonymous
You can enable Audit logging for the QlikView Management Console and then check the log files in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\AuditLog\ManuallyStartedTasks

Take care!
