How to use Qlikview custom security users

In my current server setup if the user simply hits the submit button they gain access to the applications.  Is there a guide on how to setup DMS security for the users.  Attached is a document which contains my current settings.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to use custom users then you should set that in the webserver settings.

I got that part working.  How do you now add the users so they can login?

You need to have a Publisher license in place, then set the custom directory and add users.
